I acheived this one, then backslid when I was on holiday. Also I’d been finding it more difficult as summer left us and the weather started to cool. Not anymore. I had a fitness assessment at the gym the other day and my water levels were too low. Now I drink a pint in the morning, one when I get home, one before bed. Plus I have taken to having a mid-sized bottle on my desk at work. So much more acheivable to finish than a 1.5l bottle so I end up refilling it and drinking more.

I did this like many I work with by buying bottled water. It makes such a difference when the water is tasty. We discovered a brand that is tasty and cheap, so every day I walk to the campus shop (I work at a University) and buy a 1.5l bottle. Add that to the water I drink at home and I have my recommended 2l a day.
Yup it’s an expensive way of doing things, but I think it’s worth it.
