I hate people that complain about how slowly they lose weight. I have been doing WW for over a year now and i was stuck forever at one weight. I am proud to say i got past that and am now at my lowest adult weight. I have lost a total of 19.2 pounds. that’s right, that’s almost 20!

But i haven’t stopped eating right and exercising, and drinking tons of water, and weighin in each week at the WW. I have lost a total of 15 pounds. That’s incredible for me. Everything jiggles a little less. Running doesn’t hurt like it did 15 pounds ago. I have 4 more pounds until 10%, then i’ll make a goal from there. I also got my body fat done in april, so i’ll go again in July. Hopefully about 10 pounds lighter than in april so that’s 10 pounds of fat that won’t be counted in my body fat percentage. it’s slow. But i’d rather it be slow and train my body to be comfortable with less food per day so that it will be like this for the rest of my life.
All my clothes fit much nicer but i’m not really a different size. It takes so long for my body to change. But hey, i have to wear a belt to keep my pants up.
I lost 2 pounds in the last two weeks making my total 12 pounds lost. Every time I put on clothes, they feel looser and look good. I bought a super-cute dress for a wedding on sunday and I was tre-cute! I didn’t eat so good over the weekend but still ran on sunday and went for a walk on monday. Work schedule always makes me eat better because i have a schedule, not like on the weekend where you get up at 10 and lay around the house where the fridge is onlyl a few feet away.
I’m mucho excited about my 12 pounds. (only 4 more to be at my lowest ever!)
So, I missed one week of weigh in and went on saturday and I lost 2 pounds (whole ones too, that’s so not me!) making my total 10 pounds! Even though it takes me 3 months to lose 10 pounds, i don’t care, it’s 10 pounds. That’s like 2 bags of potatoes. Go to the store and look at 10 package of butter, that was on my ass before, and now it’s not. My next goal is 8 more pounds.
So, after I had gained 1.8 pounds two weekends ago I thought i would get back on track and try to get those off this past week. I did mediocre. I ran about 16 miles during the week and ate okay. In the end i lost the 1.8 pounds i gained plus ANOTHER 1.8 pounds. I don’t believe in the excuse of being on your period. Excuses are for wimps!
My total weight loss is 9.6 pounds. yeah
Don’t we all want to do this. will be back on track this week. Will weigh in hopefully on saturday (or maybe tuesday if i can work it in). Lots to do this week.
I started this goal ono January 31st and have lost a total of 7.8 pounds so far. my first goal is to lose 20. then we’ll go from there.
Last week was pretty bad so i’m starting fresh today.
