right i am measuring myself right now. waist, 41 inches, hips, 43 inches, round the top of my thighs, 26 inches, arms, 12 inches. so my aim will be- waist, 36, hips, 38, top of thighs, 21 and arms, 10 inches. phew! i better get down to some working out!!!

Well this ones going down the pan a bit today. since my relationship finished i’ve not really wanted to diet. i dont really care right now. ive not eaten loads though, just a couple of chocolate bars, and nothing else. i dont really want to eat
Well i am going to try and lose weight differently. i don’t like weighing myself and don’t keep scales in the house. So i am going to measure my waist, thighs, hips and arms, and try and make them smaller. So yesterday i walked home from work and i didnt eat too late, not after seven. but i did drink quite a lot which really didnt help!
Have walked 3 miles Into town today!! im supposed to be not eating after 6 aswell but it didnt work tonight. oops.
