spend more time with my family and friends

I have realised recently that i have well and truly iscolated all my friends by not keeping in touch with them and not making the slightest bit of effort to see them. i am going to try soo hard to put this right. i am going to text every person that i havnt been in touch with today. and see what comes of it. hopefully i will see a lot more of them and arange to meet them, its the plan anyway…

I just havnt paid any attention to this one yet. but i am going to now. spend time with either a member of my family or a friend. everyday. tomorrow, a friend is coming round for a girlie night in. good start :D
