I’ve had this one Jamaican vegan recipe book called, “The Rasta Cookbook” that I lent out to someone. Now that it’s gone forever, I’ll have to create my own, with the help of my mom’s resources, some jamaican cookbooks and my imagination. I’ve made vegan Jamaican patties that turned out marvelous! I’d have to blog them or write them somewhere. I love the idea the more I think of it.
