get my driver's license

after eighteen years and three drive tests, i finally got my license!

driving around today with my friends in my own car was so amazing.

i have now attempted to take my driving test twice. the first time, our drivers’ side window did not work, and the lady refused to let me take the test. the second time, i failed. i had an evil scary bitchy asian lady from hell who made me parallel park behind a tractor, and when it was over told me i was “UNABLE!” to do anything. i cried for forty-five minutes.

tomorrow, i’m going in to schedule my next one.

this morning i took my written and didn’t miss a single question! my drive test is wednesday april 11 at 9am. i’m nervous but excited! FINALLY!

i think backing around a corner is pretty lame. when do you ever use that in real life? i mean, backing out of parking spaces and driveways, but actually backing around a corner? whatever.

this has now been a new year’s resolution three years in a row.

THIS IS NOT MY FAULT. my mom won’t let me drive. aaaahhh.

finally talked to my parents and this won’t be until after i turn eighteen. october 26. i’m just glad that i have a set date. it’s been kind of a messy issue.
