i’m finding it a challenge to do 10 reps of 145.
of course, i haven’t worked out consistently for a month or two now because of school.
this amazing suckiness sucks.
the calculators tell me i can still bench 193.33 lbs, but i am sure as heck not trusting that.

my max of 160 this march has increased to 175, as of last week.
my calculated one rep max after this week’s chest workout is set around 192… i don’t trust it though. 12×135 is good, but i’m not sure if i can really hit 192. now that the school year has started, my progress is sure to slow down some. :|
