challenge the accepted thinking in business

Over recent years I can’t remember CEO’s, management or countless others telling me things “well, that’s just the way it is…”, “but we’ve always done it that way…” or “but that’s not the way it works.” I’ve watched them proceed ‘as normal’ with devastating results – layoffs, losses, poor morale and lawsuits.

If business are legally individuals – they should operate with at least some moral decency. They shouldn’t have it both ways.
