Took a break for winter hibernation.

It is now spring and time to get into the gym again. I have been packing a lunch for about 4 months now. I look healthier now that I do not eat out. I had a pop the other day for the first time in about…well not quite sure but a really long time. So I will get where i want to be once i began to exercise.



Making progress

I’ve been working hard and I’m starting to see change. My love handles have been decreasing slighty. They’re definitely being stubborn but I will make them disappear. My goal is to have them gone by the beginning of december. Just in time for my trip to Australia.



TRYING TO

I’VE BEEN RUNNING AND RIDING THE BIKE AT THE GYM. I’M NOT SURE IF IT’S WORKING THOUGH. I’VE BEEN DRINKING WATER ALL OF THE TIME AND HAVE CUT OUT POP/COKE/SODA ALMOST COMPLETELY. I’VE ALSO BEEN EATING A LITTLE BIT HEALTHIER. IT’S TOUGH THOUGH. I HAVE BAD EATING HABITS. I SHOULD PACK LUNCHES EVERDAY. I’LL CONTINUE TO TRY. IT’S SUMMER; TIME FOR THE BEACHES.
