After a few months of this goal, I’ve found some great ways to sneak veggies into my food. I’ve found spinach is tasteless enough that I can stick in just about anything and love it.. pasta, eggs, pizza, soup, even hamburger! Worth a try :)

I can’t stand salads and eat all my sandwiches and burgers with just meat and cheese, but I’m starting to like more side-dish style veggies like asparagus and spinach. Well, it’s more of a “not-hate” than a “like.” I’d like to start eating more of them and maybe find some recipes that incorporate veggies in a tasty way.
