So far, I am drinking 2 glasses a day and I am REALLY not feeling a difference. Heck, I thought that water was supposed to help clear your skin, but I woke up this morning and I was breaking out on my forehead! Ugh… well, I am trying to not be discouraged, and hopefully it will get better when I start drinking more water.

I have figured my routine:
- 30 days to form a habit
- My weight: 100 pounds
*100/2= 50 ounces daily
50 ounces/ 5 glasses a day= 10 ounces per glass
30 days/ 5 glasses a day= 6 days (so every six days, I am going to increase the amount I drink by 10 ounces, so by the end of 30 days, I will have worked my way up to 50 ounces of water a day)
Day 1: 10 ounces
