I completed Day 2 of the one hundred push ups and two hundred squats challenge. Is it just me, or can I see me arms getting more toned? :D
Ow… my legs, stomach and arms are incredibly sore from yesterday, but I managed to push through Day 1 of the 2 hundred crunches challenge and complete some stretches. Tomorrow I might bike and do day 2 of the one hundred pushups challenge.
I completed Day 1 of the 100 push ups and the two hundred squats challenges.

EDIT: I also wrode my bike to the library and back, which took me about 50 minutes total.
