I weigh 125 now! Yippee I love Atkins. I have been cheating on my diet recently so today I have to get back into it. I have been eating (when not cheating) tuna and wheat crackers (15) for lunch, no breakfast, and for dinner I eat a piece of meat. It shouldn’t take long for me to get to 105 which is my goal. soooo 20 more to go



Still on the Atkins 19 months ago

Now my friend Beth went on it because I was and she has lost five lbs already. I lost almost 15 lbs so far and it won’t be long until I get how I want to be. This diet rules. Never hungry, don’t have to eat anything gross and it works fast. Everyone should try this that is struggling to lose weight.

I’m on the Atkins diet—day 5 today I believe. It rules! If it makes me loose weight I will declare it the best diet EVER. I am never hungry and get to eat yummy foods. I will keep you posted. I just need to lose 20 lbs and I’ll be happy. Hopefully my boobs will shrink too. My pants already feel a little looser on me.
