Ok. It was not swing dancing, but I got my dance groove tuned up last Saturday at a childhood friend’s wedding. The younger sis of one of my buddies got married to a super cool Spanish gentlemen. And ladies keep your jaws up, this guy and all of his friends who came over from Spain were creating fainting spells.
The spanish ladies were damn smokin’ as well. And jeez do they know how to swing those hips. Kicked down my best psuedo salsa/flamenco dance moves and had a fiesta of a time.
I Must start taking dance classes now that I am in the Bay Area.
I named the small rose plant that I got at the wedding “Salsa” and he is sitting pretty in my new windowsill. My dancing inspiration.
