I think that there’s a big misconception about vegetarians eating healthy all of the time. In fact I may be less healthy now that I’m a veg. It’s because I’m not really willing to do all of what it takes to plan he meals and get all of the nutrients I really really need. So, be prepared to plan if you want to be a veg. I need to start and I’ve been one for almost 1 year.

I ate really healthy for about a month, and a while ago I realized that my weight was going down! I was soo excited! Yay! But then the whole yay thing got too much, and I started eating badly in celebration. NOT A GOOD THING TO DO! I back up to my original weight! Well, not I know what do do next time (or what not to do!)
