paint

I finally completed my Lily painting. It’s only taken a year. In the end I had to get my mother to sit down with me to make me finish it. Now it’s done let’s see if I can paint something in less than a year this time.

It’s been a long museless winter. I’ve started doing some sketching again, just rough stuff while watching bands and so forth. I just can’t create. I don’t know if I’m just chasing a dream that has fled. I think she was probably right and I don’t have artistic talent. Perhaps I just really wanted to be creative. Perhaps I really just wanted to be different. Perhaps I’m really just like everyone else.

I haven’t painted for a very long time. Just recently I’ve sketched a couple of things but I’m finding it very hard to keep doing anything artistic. I lost my muse.

I haven’t painted in forever. I’ve only just recently started doing some sketches again. I hope I’ll be painting soon.

I don’t know what stops me. I think I’m afraid of creating crap.
