when i got married 8 years ago, my hubby wanted to do all of the cooking 1. because he didn’t like mine and 2. because it’s a bit of a perfectionism thing for him. so great, i get cooked for all the time and he’s a really good cook! only prob is, really i’d like to be able to be fairly competent myself, but i never got to learn how. the kitchen is practically not even mine. and now that we’re planning a family, really i’m going to have to learn. for practical reasons plus no child wants a mum who can’t cook good food. i love to eat good food, so i want to be able to cook good food.
