Up until today I have been to the gym four times. I am really happy that I started.
I go to twice a week for an hour and a half. The trainer drew up two schedules for me. I now know what I need to do each session.
Hopefully I will see some the results after a month.

But for now my body is just aching after the sessions…I guess that’s a good sign.

I am going to the gym on monday. I can’t believe that I am actually gonna do this. I hope I like the gym.

Gathering information next week 2 years ago

This week colleagues told me about the possibility of joing a gym for € 30,- per month. One of the manager closed a deal with friend of his who owns a gym. It’s a women only gym and we can work out 7 days a week for that amount.

Not many girls at work joined because it’s a gym that’s located near our company. Many go to a gym near their home.

For me this would be a good opportunity to get in shape. I am often lazy when I get off work and go home to get my stuff to go workout. Also girl in my team said she wanted to workout with me on mondays and another girl from another team wants to workout together on wednesday. ( I want to go to the gym at least twice a week; both girl just go once a week).

The manager is coming back from his vacation tomorrow so I will ask about the possibility of joining.

I can’t seem to keep this up :-(
Everytime i reach my gopal weight I start slacking.

Now I wanna lose 4-5 kilo’s in 3 months; for my vacation.
Darn…..here we go again with the short term-plan….sigh



Not doing well with this... 3 years ago

I have been slacking BIG time! I really want to start exercizing again soon since I want to loose 4-5 kilo’s in 2 months….is that realistic?????I need more discipline….



Jogging 3 years ago

I joined the jogging club that some co-workers started. They have been jogging for 6 weeks now and I started yesterday. We are jogging once a week.
I ran 30 minutes straight and am pretty happy about that, since I haven’t exercized in 8 months.

So….this is a start :)
