When in a relationship avoid the words: always & never in an argument. E.G. you always do this or you never do that…...In doing so you are not in the present but keep bringing up the things that were said to have been resolved and buried already.

Silence and not wearing your heart on your tongue all the time can bring you great gifts!

Let me explain. I am a person who has always spoken her mind and not stood at the sideline when discussions get heated.

The past year I have learned that not reacting to e.g. rude comments, has made it possible to come out as the winner in the situation. Before I thought that not reacting/ responding was a sign of weakness, but now I know better.
