I had to leverage myself up while in school. Now I’ve got a strong career and it’s time to pay off those revolving debts.

Student loans don’t count; I need to hang onto them because the rates are lower than the comparable returns I could get on the money. What counts is anything above 6%. I want that stuff gone in three years, by my 30th birthday.
