Save money

have not saved as much as i had planned. but have not spent or went into debt. had to fix the car several times in a short period of time…but could pay cash because…
oh yea…
had cash…..

I am proud of this. I have not missed putting money from each pay check into my savings account. I wanna car and I wanna pay cash for it. No payments for loey.

I opened a savings account this week. I was amazingly pleased and proud of myself. After over a year long struggle with money (& some depression) this was a break through for me. A follow through as well, because I say I will do something and somehow let it fall in the cracks. I am excited. I actually have a plan how much to save per payday. I also want to find a great Jewish charity to donate to. I want to make a monthly contribution of some amount – not sure yet. But I want to give so I remember to not get greedy either.

Being to free with money was bad for me – but being stingy I think would be even worse.
