1. I’m grateful for good guitar practice all throughout the week, getting some nice riffs down in my current work in progress.
2. I’m grateful I can relieve myself off most pressures. I perform best when I’m free and easy.
3. I’m grateful we are celebrating my grandma’s birthday tonight. I love my grandma.
4. I’m grateful my dad’s out of town taking mission critical decisions about his new business and that he feels fine about the options he’s got even when they’re not the best case scenario.

1. I’m grateful for my reaction immediately upon falling on my back on thursday after the chin-up bar came loose, that I calmed myself and managed to stay put while thoughts of broken bones raced my head. I’m glad I could spot silver linings and think with gratitude as I regained movement on my limbs.
2. I’m grateful I’ll probably be able to resume working out tomorrow or no later than tuesday.
3. I’m grateful for getting all my chinese character progress so far into my palm’s supermemo software and for how much quality and efficiency that’ll add to the learning process.
4. I’m grateful for this weekend’s great jazz concerts from one musician branch of our family from Rio, and for a nice time spent with them in between.
5. I’m grateful I’ve been actually able to throw and catch three balls multiple times with just three days’ juggling practice! It’s crazy looking back at how I felt only yesterday, as sure as death I’d never be able to throw and catch even two balls consistently. Mechanical skills are a magical thing.

1. I’m grateful for the scare just now after doing a dumb “I should have known better” thing on the bars. Glad life could teach me a lesson while sparing all of my limbs’ movement. You know how those things can go.
2. I’m grateful for a new goal. Former was kinda fuzzy and I had been putting off it’s checking off for far too long.
3. I’m grateful for the resolve to eat MORE. Like a horse if I can help.
4. I’m grateful I started to learn juggling today.
5. I’m grateful that “having” the idea to use juggling as a quick space-out break from work reminded that I had actually read about it on The Power of Full Engagement earlier this year. I’m grateful I still get this feel-good sensation remembering that book, possibly the best non-fiction I’ve come across so far!
