fear of failure 21 months ago

Someone told me yesterday that the reason I can’t be more decisive is because I have a fear of failure. Hmmm….I guess I see the logic. If I make a decision, and it turns out badly and I take it personally, then I would be scared to make another decision for fear of making a mistake. But maybe the problem lies in that I shouldn’t take things so personally.
