2. Also, what really helps me is GTD – Getting Things Done. It’s a method of keeping your plans, goals, and “next action” lists on paper, to free your mind from idle loops. You have to trust it, keep it close and updated. Keep your mind clean and ready for fresh info.
3. Associative thinking + habit of redefining terms in your own words. Redefine it in a way you’d remember. Use your imagination. Surprise yourself. And visualize. That’s basics of mnemonics.
