After a long long time, I finally took out time to do Kriya. It took hardly 30-35 minutes and this amount of time I can surely spend everyday for this activity.
It felt really good and my mind felt light and calm. I must keep this feeling in my mind whenever I feel lazy to do Kriya. It will motivate me to do it regularly.
