Owen Stanley, the mountain range in SE Papua. The highest peak is 13, 249 feet, or 4036 metres. Check that for me, someone, to see if the conversion was done right. Also, does anyone know the native or indigenous name for that peak?

I’ve started to research Owen Stanley Mountains, and am coming across some very interesting WWII Australian military history.
