I’m starting a diet on Monday 9th, so i’ve bought myself a couple of low fat cook books. I’ve also started the Live Jouranl Community uk_cooks so i’ll be posting to that a bit more :o)

for DH & kids dinner i’ll be using “The Book Of Salads & Barbecues and Summer Cooking” and i’ll be making Danish Patties
but over the last couple of months events have kind of taken over and now cooking is the last thing on my mind. I want to cook something from a recipe book at least twice a week.
