So with the burglary of my home yesterday I was able to talk with a few of my friends I haven’t talked to for a while It was a great distraction especially when I ran into an old co-worker in the store and we caught up for a couple of hours

Talked with an old college roommate 3 months ago

for a couple of hours and made plans to go to a movie and to church (hope it doesn’t get struck by lightning when I go in) It was great to catch up with an old friend. Also emailed another childhood friend and called a college roommate.

Went to lunch 5 months ago

with a friend (Tammy) I hadn’t seen for two years. It was good to get back in touch again. Still need to get in touch with some other friends.

So I finally broke down 9 months ago

and got a facebook account. This led me to reconnect with friends with whom I lost touch years ago. Now that has motivated me to get in touch with other friends with whom I have lost touch.
