My Prom Outfit 20 months ago

Okay so it was a skirt, not a dress, but im still sooo glad that I did this! Very simple to create, it was a silk underskirt, with layers of tulle, and velvet “ribbons” that I created by gluing two layers of velvet together, and cutting in different lengths.
