Yay! I can sleep again! I’ve been able to get straight to sleep for the last four nights, last night I had a nice refreshing 9 hour sleep. I really don’t understand why though, there’s pretty much nothing different this week from last week. Although I did turn my mattress over, maybe that was it. In any case, I hope it lasts, insomnia sucks.

I really have. It’s weird, I was having a bit of trouble sleeping during exam period, and I just attributed it to stress, but it’s holidays and I still can’t get to sleep until anywhere between 2 and 4am. It’s ridiculous, particularly when I have an 8am shift at work! I haven’t had trouble sleeping in years! It’s getting very frustrating.
I was so extraordinarily tired last night I went to bed at 7pm. I wokeup again around 11, went back to sleep at 12.30, and slept til 9am. I have no idea why I was so tired, I hadn’t got great nights of sleep the previous two nights, but still around 6-7 hours each. Sleep patterns are strange …
exercise, in that I sleep well if I’ve been active that day. So this should encourage me to be more energetic and such. However it’s been really hot lately, which makes it harder to sleep. Stupid weather, grrrr.
