I have been eating some dried fruit and nuts for snacks, which may be stretching the “raw” part. But have also been eating baby carrots and grapes. We will go on a road trip in September where this will really be tested, it is just too easy to eat at McDonalds. )-:

With all of the “convenience foods” available it is easy to do things the quick way, to just pop a TV dinner into the microwave and not worry about shopping for something that needs to be properly cared for. Today however I am eating oatmeal for breakfast, along with grapes and a grapefruit. My wife has been away taking care of our daughter and new granddaughter, so I have been left on my own. When I am the only one eating it is easy to not eat properly.
