that is to say from 4:30 AM until 9:30 AM, this is becoming easy. I now drink two cups of coffee in the early morning, take a nap at about 10:00 AM then a cup of tea later. That is it for the day!

but “less” is relative. I was drinking up to twelve cups of coffee a day, and now I am drinking about four or five cups of coffee, and two pots of green tea. I think two cups of coffee would be about right without drinking any more tea.
