Just start and it becomes a habit. 4 years ago

I could not do a pushup, so I started out doing “girl’s pushups” every day. That is to say I bent at the knee and did as many as I could. I then progressed into doing some “normal pushups” after I could not do any more, I did all of the girl’s pushups I could stand. I am getting stronger than I have ever been, and I am 55 years old!
