there is a food truck renaissance going on here, I just read about a new one today that has 14 different flavors of cotton candy, also, for meat eaters there is a sausage truck that sells a rattlesnake/rabbit sausage, I’m just saying if I ate meat I’d have to try that…

there was gnocchi and a delicious sharp rocket salad with sweet grape tomato, what else of late…
