In my Leadership class, we have to perform a community service act this semester. I emailed the people at the nearby Children’s Advocacy Center, and they said it was perfectly fine that I could help them. It’s a good step!
I want to volunteer at my local Humane Society, as well… I have the application filled out, I just need to turn it in.
