okay, so I quit my old gym because it was hard for me to get there. I am going today or tomorrow to join a new gym and I am excited. My life is so much easier now that school is out and now I am going to focus all of my energy on getting the body that I want and training for the marathon in October. I am so excited to be comfortable with my body and be in shape. I need to push myself!!

I am done making excuses. I am the most out of shape I have ever been. I got off track because I had to look for a house and had all of this extra stress. I need to remember that I LOVE to work out and I LOVE the benefits that come with it. I am all moved in and almost all settled so there are no more excuses. I have to babysit my goddaughter tomorrow all day and then it is off to the gym. I need to get back onto the marathon schedule but I do not plan to run it until October so I have some time. I think that I will build up my stamina again and work on my speed.

run: 7:00-7:30

school: 10:00-6:00
Friday:
yoga: 5:45-6:15
work: 8:00-12:00
gym: off
Saturday:
gym: 2 hours
Sunday:
off
