I’ll soon be packing everything up to move into my brand new condo, and I don’t want to bring anything through my bright red door that isn’t functional, beautiful, or wonderful.

An opportunity 2 years ago

My parents moved some of the furniture around in my old room. When I’m home this weekend I’m going to go through the displaced mementos of my youth and see what I can get rid of. I know I have a bunch of half-used notebooks, ancient mix tapes, etc. Should be fun!

I’m also taking all of my summer clothes, gardening supplies, etc to their house for the winter. At what age should one stop using one’s parents’ house for off-season storage…?
