Oh yea ..... 30minutes..

So I have been taking this very slow but today I actaully did 30 minutes of running. SO proud of myself. I honestly don’t think I could have done this when I was in high school.

Anyway .. I stared week 9 early and will run it out the 3 days then I will start wroking on doing 3 miles in that 30 minutes. Right now Im just over 2.5 miles.



Slacking

OK so i haven’t ran in a few weeks simply because i was on vacation all lst week and this week I have a killer Sinus Infection. So I will redo week 5 probably starting again friday if I can breath better.



Week 5 is hard

So I have been able to do the first 2 days of week five but i think i have a mental block when in comes to running that last day (20min with no walking). But I will keep trying until I accomplish it, no matter how long it takes.

I bought some new running shoes finally. I think that may help out alot. I have only ran one day with them so far.



Finally week 5

SO im at week 5 and i did the first day and was not even hardly out of breath. Im soo excited. I think I may have hit a wall or somethign an now I’m passed it. Tomorrow is day 2 of week 5. I hope I can still feel as good doing it as yesterday.



Man oh man

I have yet to actually finish the timed runs for week 4. Kinda sucks. I believe it due to the overwhelming hot and humidity around here latley. I may try to do some early morning or maybe indoor attempts. I think in will stay at week 4 untill I can accomplish it however long that may be.

Trust me I’m not giving up. I have lost 4 lbs so far. kind of exciting. It helps to actually see that im doing some good. Keeps me motivated.



week 4 again

So last week my attempt to do week 4 just about killed me. Not sure what was up. Maybe I was sick or something. Anyway, I have gotten this far and I do not intend to stop. So I am going to do week 4 again. And will keep at it till I am able to completly finish my runs for the 3 days.



running

Well I have decided to do an extra week of week 4. I was only able to actaully finish the last 5 minute run once. I think another week will help me in the long run.



Whew!!! Week 4

Today was my first day of week 5. I did most of it but I was unable to finish the last 5 minute jog. My back started hurting.

I will say this, there is no way in hell I would have been able to do all this running 4 weeks ago.

I think i am doing well. I may do another day of this extra.



Week 3

So today I start week 3. I got pretty tired on my last day of week 2 but I believe it is cause it was hot and humid.

Anyway I will start doing week 3 but if it seems too much I may drop back and do week 2 again. But we will see.



So i started

I stared the program last week. So i started week 2 yeaterday. Man that was hard. I have been so out of shape for so long that it gonna be an up hill battle to get up to the 5k. But in the end it will be worth it. A guy I work with is doing the program also and he says the first day of the new weeks is always the hardest. I hope it right. I’ll find out tomorrow with day 2 of week 2.
