No progress

I am hopeless with this. I resolve to do it regularly and have made that resolution several times in the last few years, and then… I never do it. Not even once. I immediately forget and start wallowing in my head again, failing to assess things objectively or dwell on the reasons I have to be grateful, rather than ungrateful.

Must try harder.
