well, now I wake up at 7am everyday. sleep before 1am everynight. I will want to wake up at 5am everyday, so I will need to sleep at 11pm or earlier.

The progress is slow. Well, there is no progress so far. I am watching the World Cup final until 1am night every day…
Ok, I have not put in my committment yet. I will need to write down a list as below:
1. Write down why do I want to wake up early. It will keep remind me of the benefits to wake up early, until waking up early is the only rational choice that I can take.
2. Write down how to do it.
3. Write down what stop me from doing it.
4. Write down why I enjoy sleeping late. Write down why it is a sin to sleep late and causes inability to wake up early.
I am choosing a goal that will change my life significantly. :)
I want to wake up early everyday. I will start at 6.20am, everyday. And I move toward 5.00 am.
I have not figured out the strategies yet, but generally they should be
a. sleep when I am tired and sleepy.
b. don’t spend over 12 mid night on PC and internet… :)
