i went back running for half an hour today!! I like it. I did a few sit-up and push-up too.. i should do these every morning and every night
I bought myself some running shoes.. that’s a good start and i went exercising today! I did 10 minutes of stairs-machine and 15 minutes of running one the running-machine I wanted to do more but the machine was reserved at 13h45.. so i did a few minutes of biking instead.. i don’t reallt like biking on a machine thouh.
I’m gonna go back tomorrow and maybe thursday.. I’ll try to go at least twice a week. it’s on the campus so it’s quite easy for me to go there
Ok.. i’ve totally stopped exercising. I used to go to school on my bike but now it’s too cold to do so. I really need to buy some running shoes so i can do badminton, running or anthing else.
I’m biking to school everyday now.. I really did it.. Well i had to skip 2 or 3 days cause it was too rainy but still!! i’m really loving it..
i used to exercise everyday but i had an accident and i I almost stop.. I really want start again. Im starting university in a few weeks and i’ll try to use my bike instead of my car!
