Day 14

My stomach is feeling flatter and more toned every day!



Day 1 again

I fell off the wagon when I had to work 12 hour shifts, but Im back at it! and am sooooo excited to start seeing results again!



Day 8

My posture is improving and I feel toned!

I love this goal! my stomach is feeling MUCH smaller and more toned! and its only been 5 days! I cant wait to see how it works after a month!
