It’s only the fourth morning of June but not one morning has been a bad one.
I went to the European deli yesterday for the first time. It stunk of fish and pickled meats but there were so many cool Ukrainian and Russian products, most of which were written in the Cyrillic alphabet. That stuff fascinates me.
I decided to try a new tea called Czar Nikolas II Renaissance Tea. Listed in the ingredients are marigolds. How cool is that?
I can’t really describe the taste – only that I instantly loved it. It is very floral (obviously) and despite its deep strong flavour, after sipping it, it’s as if you haven’t drank anything at all.
This one’s a keeper!

It was on from 2:00 – 6:00 in the morning a few days ago.
I watched it. It was difficult to follow the storyline. When a bunch of people with British accents sing in unison, it can be difficult to understand what they’re singing about.
Then all the sudden Nick Jonas was on the stage and that was quite the curveball.
Overall though it was really good.

On Saturday I went to this health food store’s “Customer Appreciation Day” event, and I signed my name and number on a little scrap of paper for a gift basket drawing. I didn’t think I would win because I never win these things… but I actually did!
I woke up at like 4 pm (I know, super late) and when I went upstairs it was sitting on the couch and my mother told me they had called and she went to go pick it up.
This was a nice surprise! The whey protein wasn’t vegan so I just gave it to my mom, and if she doesn’t want it, my sister can have it. All the other products’ ingredients check out to be vegan! :)

Seriously. I can’t believe it’s already May!
I don’t feel like a lot happened over April. But May could be a great month!

I’d like to really get a GOOD start on my writing. Start chapters, plots.
I’d also like to go out more and do more things. Not much happens when you stay at home all day.
That, and, of course, improve my running.
