today i ate a mini 100 calarie bagel with fat-fre cream cheese for breakfast, a hand full of grapes and yogurt, for lunch i had steamed carrotts, a boca (fake) “chicken” patty with ketchup, and a yogurt..dinner was sushi- avocado and cream cheese roll and sweet potato roll with edamame and a salad… then i was a bad girl and ate a doughnut. arrg. but i feel better about what i ate today than how i normally eat.. it’s a process, not perfection.

Today I slept in because I had a horrible migrane, so I missed breakfast and ate a late lunch which included 2 eggs, a 100 calorie mini bagel with nothing on it, three slices of tomato, and a half full and a half of grapes. I drank a tea latte, a diet soda, and plenty of water. For dinner I plan to eat a steamed vegetable medeley and a boca chicken filet with ketchup. I may drink some coffee later and I will definitely drink plenty of water.
I feel good because I went grocery shopping today for my new healthy eating style.
really i would like to lose 30 pounds, but 15 seems more obtainable in the near future. i once lost 40 pounds on weight watcher’s, i just haven’t had the determination to do it again.
today i ate a multi-grain bagel and drank coffee for breakfast, had an avocado and cucumber (sushi) roll for lunch, salad with homemade french dressing and spaghetti with plain sauce for dinner. no snacks! =)
