second day of exercise

today i did 35 jumping jacks, ten crunches, and danced for about five minutes… better than nothing!



first day of exercise

after dinner i put on music and danced for about six minutes straight. i also did 29 sit ups and 20 jumping jacks.

right now i feel out of breath.
