I did it again!!! I was starving on the way to a meeting and craved some fries badly. I felt gross afterward (fries and a double cheeseburger).

I’m still eating this once a month on average. Sometimes when I’m really busy at work one of my employees will go out to pick up lunch. Sometimes it’s McDonalds – So I either eat it or starve.
