So ontop of losing weight as a goal, I am also tacking on p90x when I get it later in September.
My weight went up a few more pounds but I am losing again since I stopped drinking soda/arizona teas daily.

I left my boyfriend and when I moved far away I gained 10 pounds. At the start of this year I weighed in at 159.6 and I was insanely happy. Last I weighed in I was 167 so I have made some progress.
When I get back to my home(vacation) I am going to hit the ground running so when I visit this place again I’m going to be different and stun people. While I have been down here I have been watching that I don’t over eat and stay as active as I can.
fingers crossed
I know it sounds silly and the fact I am 20 years old, but heartgold and soul silver(remakes of older games) come with a pedometer.
I noticed one certain shifts of my job I would BARELY reach 10,000 steps but since I switched the midnight shifts I reach 12,000 + easily for a day.
A few days ago I actually reached a goal of 20,000 (20,054)
Its what gets me motivated to move, as nerdy and dorky as it sounds.

about a month ago coming up, I didn’t do the full week or what it was I wanted but I managed to clean out and losing 6 pounds in the process.
yay.
Not that I am(considered “overweight” by bmi standards) or am making fun of it just saying that is how I have been feeling.
Last time I updated was 7 months ago. I had no initiative, job, and was overall depressed, good part of it being I gained over 30 pounds.
Well, now I have a job, I usually walk to it. I haven’t seen much weight loss; but then I bought a bicycle.
I have started noticing my curve is returning and my stomach isn’t as protruding as much. From biking at least twice a day, my legs are toner and my butt has retained the shape I use to oogle over.
I’m not consuming fast food as much anymore, I don’t over eat, and when I sit around all day, I still manage to move about, or just cut back on portions. This has been within the last month so wish me luck!
Two years back, I was 178 and in around august/september that year, I “vowed” I was going to lose the weight and feel better about myself. I was in a failing relationship that was going to end soon and I over ate because of I let myself feel bad in that situation(not to mention july of that year my last Grandmother regrettably passed on).
Well December of that year before my birthday, I was 158. I have managed to kept myself around that area. For most the following year. If it wasn’t for focusing more on trying not to fail(I’m not a bad student school is just time consuming) I could’ve put myself around the 140s even breaking high 130s.
Then this year came. I had to leave my job, and couldn’t get one. my boyfriend (different one/better) has a car and money so we never ate at home and a week or two ago I weighed myself and I am 185 pounds.
I feel, so horrible. I’m in the group who has the weigh even out so I am “volumptuous” (always been curvy) But I don’t want to buy clothes that are bigger when I know I’m going to lose this weigh again.
I started again but it is a slow start. My goal right now is in three months try and lose at least 20 pounds like before, and then after that work my way down past 150.
Like before it will be healthy and I am almost excited to start again. But this time. Keep it off lol.
Even though, I am not my goal weight yet, I put on a dress I looked a little chunky in a few weeks/months ago and I look bitchin’ in it now!
I’m happy and for those of you just starting out remember:
Baby steps. Don’t starve yourself or else it will ALLL come back sometimes doubled.
