Same as with marriage I don’t want kids for a long time yet. But I know I want them. I can totally see how it would be fulfilling. I’m determined not to be like my mother. I want to be the kind of parent that my kids can talk to about anything. I don’t want to shelter them too much. I want them to learn from their own experiences. Yet I can understand why my mom wanted to shelter me cuz I’m her baby!
