I used to work at 6am, which meant waking up at 4:30am. After 6 months if doing this I was finally getting used to it. Sleeping until 8 or 9am on the weekends felt like sleeping in. I have resistively quite my job to go back to school and have returned to my old habit of sleeping in.
Right now I can sleep to almost about noon if not disturbed. My goal is to wake up at 10am everyday, even the weekends. I have to go to school Wed-Fri so I’ll be waking up early anyways. The true test will come on the weekend.
