I am grateful for my bike ride today!
I am also very grateful for forgiveness – letting go of anger and bitterness feels so damn good! How did I do it? By knowing who’s worth it and what things are worth it. :)

I haven’t been able to write on my gratitude journal, but at least I still start my day by being grateful. :)
I am grateful for my new Lonely Planet French phrasebook because it’s helping me learn the basics of the french language. For Jovan for volunteering to buy my digital SLR in Quiapo. For Cathy for always checking up on me, a new found friend. For Sharon for the fun companionship and gimmicks. For my laptop where I can watch my new Grey’s Anatomy DVDs. For the opportunity to lead and give advice in the office.
Just last week I listed to the audio CD of “The Secret”, which I borrowed from a friend. I researched more on the Law of Attraction and it literally changed my life. I’m so much happier now because I’m so much more positive. And one gratitude is the key to this. I have started a gratitude journal and it really made me realize that there are so many things to be grateful for!
I just “discovered” 43 things today and I’m happy that it will help me with my quest to be happier, since it will remind me to be grateful everyday.
